Heat water to 66°C or 155°C in temperature and dip the Carapils and Crystal 45 malt for half an hour. Sieve out the grains and boil. Add the corn sugar, the malt extract and Columbus hops the 60ml. Add the hops one by one at the end of the boil and turn off the heat. Let it cool and chill it to 18°C or 68°C. Leave it 7 to 10 days to ferment.
Conduct the first charge using a nylon sack (sanitized) and let it rest for another three days. Conduct the second charge for an additional three days. Check the beer gravity and bottle the beer or keg.
